Terms of Service
1. What ENTER SIX is — and isn't
ENTER SIX is an advertising and referral service. We connect homeowners with independent, third-party licensed contractors for chimney services, roofing, air duct cleaning, pressure washing and attic insulation. ENTER SIX does not perform any home services, does not employ the professionals, and is not a contractor. Every job is a direct agreement between you and the independent professional.
2. Consultations and pricing
There is no charge for the consultation. All pricing for work is set by, quoted by, and paid directly to the independent professional. Any advertised offer is honored by the participating professional identified for that offer, subject to their inspection of the actual conditions at your property.
3. Vetting
We check the licensing and insurance status of participating professionals at the time they join our network, using the relevant state's public verification systems. Credentials can change; you should confirm current licensing and insurance directly with the professional before work begins. See Participating professionals for what our vetting covers.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and honest information about the work you need.
- Deal with the professional in good faith regarding scheduling, access and payment.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Site and our referral service are provided "as is". ENTER SIX is not responsible for the workmanship, timeliness, pricing, or conduct of independent professionals, and does not guarantee any outcome of work performed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENTER SIX's total liability arising out of the referral service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
6. Communications
By submitting a request with consent, you agree to be contacted about that request as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The ENTER SIX name, logo and Site content are our property. Don't copy or use them without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
